Keirin Flake is not a direct-to-frame colour coat — for best results, apply over a fully sealed base coat in your chosen Spray Bike colour (or a neutral primer) to give the flake particles a smooth surface to sit on. Once the Kirameki Gold is applied and dry, seal with Spray Bike Frame Builder's Transparent Finish in satin/gloss or matte to lock the flake in place and protect the finish from wear.
